Data collected and purposes

The form collects your name, email, telephone number, address, postcode and municipality, together with customer type, solution, service and any technical information you choose to provide: make and model, dimensions, acoustic objective, description and attachments. We use these data to respond to your enquiry, assess feasibility and prepare a quotation. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Do not attach unnecessary personal data, particularly identity documents or sensitive information.

Transmission and recipients

Enquiries and attachments are sent to info@klimasilent.ch. They may be processed by people responsible for handling the enquiry and by technical hosting and email providers. Hosting and email are provided by Hosting Solutions, a brand of Genesys Informatica S.r.l., Via dei Cattani 224/18, 50145 Florence, Italy. The provider states that its infrastructure is located in Italy; processing by this provider therefore involves disclosure of data in Italy. Provider information: Hosting Solutions — Privacy.

Configurator, technical cookie and abuse prevention

Your configurator selections are transferred to the form. After submission, a temporary summary contains the configuration, technical information and indicative price, without your contact details. A technical cookie named ks_quote_result links the summary to your browser for 30 minutes. The summary is not intended for search engine indexing. Once it expires it is no longer available; WordPress subsequently removes expired data during its periodic cleanup. To limit repeated submissions, an identifier cryptographically derived from your email and IP address is retained for one minute. Temporary attachment copies used to send the message are deleted after the sending process; attachments remain in the email.

Browsing and external services

The theme serves fonts and images, including logos, locally. Its code does not integrate traffic analytics or advertising tools. The server and infrastructure services may record technical information such as IP address, date, requested URL and browser information to provide and secure the service. Logs and backups are managed according to the configuration and terms of the infrastructure services used. Contact the controller for specific information. External links lead to websites with their own privacy policies.

Retention

Enquiries, emails and attachments must be retained only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, any contractual relationship and applicable obligations. Contract-related data may be retained to meet legal obligations and protect rights. Backups follow the rotation cycle of the services used. Your rights and contact

For information about processing of your personal data, access, correction or deletion, write to info@klimasilent.ch. Requests are assessed under applicable law; verification of your identity may be necessary. You may contact the competent data protection authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

The displayed price is based on the selected configuration. It is neither an automated decision about a person nor a final quotation. The solution requires an assessment of the project.
