KS-S / SILENTUBE
We manufacture removable acoustic cartridges for the through-wall ducts of monobloc air conditioners without an outdoor unit, with particular attention to Innova models.
Available in variants for nominal Ø162 and Ø202 mm core-drilled holes. These values refer to the wall opening, not the internal duct diameter. We check compatibility and fitting conditions for each installation.

The solutions provide an indicative attenuation of the A-weighted sound level of 2 to 17 dB(A), depending on the model, acoustic configuration and installation conditions. Actual performance also depends on the equipment’s emission spectrum and sound propagation paths. For heat pumps and air-conditioning installations, noise immissions are assessed with reference to the Swiss Federal Act on the Protection of the Environment (EPA) and the Noise Abatement Ordinance (NAO), particularly Annex 6. The stated attenuation does not in itself guarantee compliance: applicable limits must be assessed for each installation.
Yes, acoustic mitigation measures can also be assessed for air conditioners and heat pumps that are already installed. Feasibility is examined in relation to the equipment dimensions, available space and clearances specified by the manufacturer. Particular attention is paid to air intake and discharge paths to avoid recirculation and interference with operation, as well as access for maintenance and servicing. Photographs, technical data and information about the surroundings support an initial assessment. Where necessary, the project is examined further through a site visit and technical or acoustic surveys, to be specified separately in the quotation.
Yes, you can request supply of the acoustic solution alone, with installation by your own installer, or discuss a service covering both supply and installation. The arrangement is agreed during quotation, depending on location, site access and the technical requirements of the work. Supply-only orders also require a preliminary check of equipment compatibility and installation conditions: dimensions, ventilation and maintenance access are essential to define the solution. The quotation specifies the included services, delivery conditions and any additional work. Site visits and technical or acoustic surveys are not included in the indicative price displayed by the configurator.
Yes, we manufacture Silentube for nominal Ø162 and Ø202 mm core drillings. The standard length is 300 mm, with custom lengths available. Before supply, we check compatibility with the ducts and grilles of your installation.
